The #TimesOfIndia reports that a Kashmiri refuses degree from HRD Minister #SmritiIrani on account of alleged threat to freedom of expression, increasing intolerance, et al.

In 1990, lakhs of #Kashmiri #Hindus suffered #ethniccleansing at the hands of #Islsmic #Jehadis with tacit support of Muslim neighbours; not to mention innberable #rapes, #muders and #kidnappings preceding all this.
Did any #KashmiriMuslim ever refuse a degree in protest against this?
