Santa- Banta on Netaji Files

Santa: It is only natural that #Netaji was a War Criminal to the British Empire . But why did Nehru refer to him as such in his letters and notings.
Banta: #Nehru was loyal to the Empire till 15 August 1947.
Santa: For what?
Banta: To eliminate his political rivals with the help of the British.
Santa: But Nehru kept on doing so even after he became the Prime Minister of India?
Banta: Yes. He did so to retain power as the home-coming of Netaji would've proved a nightmare for him.
Santa: You mean he knew that Netaji didn't die in the #Taipei plane crash on 18 August 1945?
Banta: That's why he referred to Netaji as War Criminal and ordered spying on his family members in the hope of getting some clues to his whereabouts.
Santa: What was #Gandhiji 's take on Netaji?
Banta: He believed that Netaji was in hiding and had said that he would not believe that Netaji was dead even if somebody showed him Netaji's Asthi Kalash.
Santa: But the question is: How did Netaji die and who killed him?
Banta: Only time will tell the HOW but there is little doubt about WHO.
Santa: Who?
Banta: We the people of India!
Santa: What?
Banta: Yes. We killed the spirit of Netaji by letting Nehru reduce the Indian National Congress party into his family business.

(NOTE: Indians have come to hate such people who behave institutionally and keep national interest above everything. 
This hatred can assume any form: stop talking about them, start worshipping them, outwardly like them yet pay a blind's eye to what they stood for, etc.
It is in this sense that I want to say that we all as a people killed Netaji; Nehru-Gandhi regimes, mainly, and others just represented and continue to represent that anti-institutional character that is as on date in our DNA. 
Nothing short of 'genetic re-engineering' is required to treat this NATIONAL malaise.)
