Garima Dutt, not a million Shobha De's can match you!

The problem is not with the diversity of opinions but the homogeneity-cum-exclusivity that the ilk of Shobha De's represent. And what is this? Self-hate, yes it is congenitally made up of self-hate that is typical of the India-hating copycats of the West. This didn't go unnoticed by Octavio Paz who found them (the Indian elite) unmatched in their copycating ability globally.
Put differently, they are anti-intellectual as they select DATA to toe their line of predecided CONCLUSION and present the same as RESEARCH. Thus they don't evolve and are essentially no different from what they were 30 years back. It is in this sense that Garima Dutt's jibe on Shobha De ( SHOBHA Tu Apna Opinion Mat DE) merits attention. De was castigating India women participants at the Rio Olympics 2016 that showed complete lack of empathy.

If identifying the connections in the apparently unconnected things(mostly old, though not necessarily so) is the basis of creativity, innovation or newness, is DE any different today from what she was yesterday?

I know Garima Dutt as a highly intuitive person who refuses to accept the importance of the underlying specific and general knowledge processes that go into the making of her intuitions. Consequently, in public spaces she is not herself most of the times.

Not a million DEs can match you (Garima Dutt)  if you keep looking for meanings in the reordering of facts that are anyways doubling every third day. DE is typically of the mind-age when data doubled in 50 to 100 years. Kudos!
