ISIS and Israel

Is not it intriguing that ISIS doesn't target ISRAEL which is so close to its territories but it successfully targets far off lands such as Paris, Brussels, Orlando and Dhaka ? Answer to this question amounts to decoding the collective Muslim Mind.
